Toby Poulsom. MSc. Certified New and Classic Code NLP Trainer ITA

Following an early career in clinical and pharmaceutical research Toby has, for the last ten years, worked as a consultant in the business sector. In that time he has helped set up and manage several successful business to business consultancies. Currently he runs 80:20 Performance Solutions Ltd offering bespoke training and coaching solutions to the corporate sector.

Toby has worked with business managers and leaders in some of the UK’s most prominent businesses and organisations with clients as diverse as the NHS, KPMG and Cadburys. Equally he enjoys developing solutions to the challenges experienced by entrepreneurs, Start-Up organisations and SME’s.

Having originally trained in the UK as an INLPTA Certified Practitioner and Master Practitioner of NLP Toby then furthered his NLP training with the ITA. Attending numerous courses over several years he is certified as an ITA Classic and New Code NLP Trainer.

Toby is also certified as a LAB Profile Consultant and Trainer having trained with Shelle Rose Charvet of Success Strategies in Canada. He is also a certified user of the iWAM profile and a Business Partner with JobEQ. Other consultative tools he is trained to apply include the Thomas International DISC system.

In addition to his interests as a business coach Toby also offers coaching in a number of other contexts. With a particular interest in sports performance he has worked with numerous athletes and sports persons, including a number of British and World Champion athletes.

Currently Toby is engaged in the early stages of a project to model a number of successful UK based entrepreneurs. He works closely with Peter Salisbury as an Associate and Co-Trainer of New Code NLP Practitioner Courses and co-developed their NLP Master Practitioner series.
